Site Admin-Saint Paul
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the Budget Control Logs in Microsoft Excel
- Review all purchasing to the budget and obtain approval for spending from Site Manager or Portfolio Director
- Process invoices and reconcile statements
- Prepare and print form letters for late rent, inspections and renewals
- Assist with leasing, compliance, rent posting, and deposits
- Assist residents with their questions and record service requests
- Prepare Leases and other resident paperwork
- Update online advertising sources
Qualifications:
- Must possess strong, intermediate computer skills, including experience w/Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Must be able to understand and follow English instructions

Hours
- Full time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM- 5 PM
