Maintenance Manager – St. Paul
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all residents with exceptional customer service
- Be a valuable lead in an effective on-site team
- Maintain MSDS and follow all safety procedures
- Ensure budgetary guidelines are met
- Supervise Maintenance and Caretaking staff to ensure performance standards are met
- Prepare and negotiate maintenance contracts for approval and signature
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 residential maintenance experience is required
- Boiler’s License is required
- Experience with high efficiency boilers (Fulton) is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for a rotating on-call schedule
- Must possess the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to chest height
Hours:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Emergency after-hours on-call rotation once every four weeks
