Receptionist – St. Paul

Purpose: Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person. Provide administrative support.
Process incoming and outgoing mail. Accept and record rent payments. Maintain contact lists for properties and Home Office. Order office and kitchen supplies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Create atmosphere of hospitality by greeting guests.
  • Answer and dispatch telephone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Facilitate mail process: maintain and order supplies for postage machine, process outgoing mail, and retrieve/sort incoming mail.
  • Accept and record rent payments. Forward payments to Accounting Department.
  • Update Contact Lists for properties and Home Office.
  • Manage package delivery process: deliver packages as received, schedule and log couriers.
  • Maintain color printers and copy/scan/fax machines located in mail room, compliance/accounting and the Bistro. Fill with paper daily.
  • Monitor and order supplies weekly.
  • Maintain clean environment in mail room, employee break room and Bistro.

Non-Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean appliances in the employee break room and Bistro monthly.
  • Fill the dishwasher at the end of the day, and empty the following morning.
  • Order and stock soda, water and supplies.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately, independently and efficiently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Enthusiastic personality with great customer service skills
  • Dress in proper attire that presents a professional image

Hours

  • Monday – Friday, Business Hours
