Site Administration Supporter – St. Alban’s Park & Other Sites
Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to the site office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Site Budget Control logs in Microsoft Excel
- Review all purchasing to budget and get approval for all spending from Site Manager or Portfolio Director
- Process invoices and reconcile statements
- Assist with rent postings and deposits
- Assist with rent collection letters and filing UD paperwork
- Assist with leasing application paperwork collection
- Prepare leases and other resident paperwork
- Update online advertising sources
- Admin for 7 scattered sites. Works from SAP but must be able to travel to sites
- Transportation to travel as requested to assist manager
- Entering work orders and following up with resident requests
Position Requirements:
- Must possess strong, intermediate computer skills, including experience w/Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Must be able to understand and follow English instructions
- Must maintain professional office environment
