Vacation Experience Specialist-Elite Destination Homes
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell international vacation experiences in luxury vacation homes
- Convert incoming inquiries to rental guests
- Manage the reservation process from initial inquiry through welcome home correspondence
- Streamline sales experience through new technology
- Maintain excellent rapport with colleagues, property managers, channel partners and owners
- Maintain consistent sales process – review and update manual
- Assist other departments, as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years successful sales experience
- Customer-service attitude, hospitality focus
- Competent with technology, comfortable learning new software
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Flexible work hours to accommodate our guests needs (Evening and weekend availability required)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Experience with vacation rental websites – Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO
- Extrovert/WOO (winning others over – Strengths Finder) personality
